Ofsted Good Little Rabbit Day Nursery

The children enjoy a wide range of activities with our experienced staff, from

cooking , science, Geography , Phonics, dance and drama classes , sport-mini, gardening, construction and much more! The children also love to get creative – explore nature in the outdoor area, making woodland scenes using natural materials .

By providing each child with the strong foundations they require for success, we honor each individual. In addition to creating a loving environment, we concentrate on preparing children  fo their future educational experiences by making sure they acquire the abilities, self-assurance, and independence required for a smooth transition to school. Our goal is to make the nursery an extension of the child's home, where they feel content, at

ease, and confident as they begin their early years journey in reception class.

From 10 am. to 2 pm. on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, we also

 provide views.

FUNDING BENEFITS

Funded childcare

Government funding can help parents with childcare costs. While it won't cover everything, it can significantly reduce the expense. Several government-funded programs assist parents of children aged 9 months to 4 years.

You can also split your funding offer between two childcare providers. To do this, you will need to provide your eligibility code and information to each provider, and you can access no more than two sites in one day.

Little Rabbit can determine your funding for the entire year or only for the term. We go above and above the funded offer of 15–570 hours year and 30–1140 hours annually.
Closing the day and time for your youngster also has fantastic benefits.

Early Years childcare

Early Years childcare support is expanding.

From September 2025, 15 hours for working families with children under 3 will expand to 30 hours, meaning eligible working families can now apply for 30 hours of childcare from the term after their child turns 9 months until they reach school age.

If you currently receive 15 hours for working parents, just reconfirm as usual and the code will work for the 30 hours offer in September, providing you remain eligible

for children aged 9 months to 4 years.

We offer

Registration and deposit free for funding children

Little Rabbit Day Nursery follows the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) which sets standards for learning, development and care of children from birth to 5 years of age. Within the learning and development section of the EYFS, there are seven areas of learning and development which we use to shape the educational programmes in our nursery.

If you would like to know more information about EYFS, visit www.foundationyears.org.uk

Monday to Friday from 7:30 am – 6:30 pm

The Zebedees provide our children with real food, prepared from scratch and cooked on the day of delivery. The menus are developed with Zebedees Nutritionist to ensure they meet the recommended nutrient targets for children (including salt and NME sugars). Meal times are a time of social interaction and enjoyment. Our children sit in small groups and the older children are encouraged to self-serve and staff are there to help all ages when needed.

We cater for all children with specific medical conditions, allergies and religious requirements.
